「ニコライ バーグマン 箱根 ガーデンズ」は、デンマーク人フラワーアーティスト、ニコライ・バーグマンが箱根のありのままの自然を最大限に生かしながらデザインしたガーデンです。園内各所にフラワーアートインスタレーションやフラワープランターが点在し、カラフルな花々が咲き誇る春、紫陽花のグラデーションが美しい夏、ススキの銀色に染まる秋、寒さの中で懸命に輝く冬の自然など、季節ごとに異なる景色を楽しめます。また、箱根近郊の素材を取り入れたデンマークらしい料理をテーマにしたカフェ「ニコライ バーグマン ノム 箱根」では、国産小麦にこだわった自家製パンを使ったサンドイッチやサラダ、スイーツなどを味わうことができます。

NICOLAI BERGMANN HAKONE GARDENS was designed by Danish floral artist Nicolai Bergmann, making the most of Hakone’s pristine nature. Flower art installations and flower planters are scattered throughout the garden, allowing visitors to enjoy a different view each season: colorful flowers in full bloom in the spring, beautiful gradation of hydrangeas in the summer, tints of silver grass in the autumn, and nature shining hard in the cold winter. In addition, visitors can enjoy sandwiches made with homemade bread baked with domestic wheat, as well as salads and desserts at “Nicolai Bergmann NOMU hakone,” a cafe featuring Danish-inspired cuisine using fresh ingredients from the Hakone suburbs.
